A: For commonly used size like 10/15/20/25 mm, we may have stocks, if stock used up can send within 1 week.

Q2: How do you guarantee your quality?

A: We will have double checking before every shipment, our workers will check one by one to see if the spring is good in use, and the plating is good or not, our supervisor will have the random checking to double confirm their work thereafter.

Q3: Need mold charge if the order quantity is big for our new products?

A: If your order quantity is over 50000 pcs then no need the mold charge.

Q4: Can do different plating color?

A: Yes, can have the nickle, brass, gold, antic-brass, bronze, etc.

Q 1: Are you the direct factory for products production?

A: Yes! We are not the trade company but the direct factory specialized in zinc alloy die casting & plastic injection items over 10 years. Our factory is own built with 8000 meters square.

Q2: What is your main product?

A: Mainly in 3 lines, they are remote control case, metal hooks, wine opener & nutcrackers.

Q3: What process are finished in your factory?

A:  We have the following workshops: Mold making, Diecasting, Drilling, Hand Polishing, Plating (some plating are finished outside), Assembling, QC & Package.

Q4: Can you make the products as per our drawing or design, how long it will take?

A: Yes, we can make the mold for you with our 10 years rich experience, we have our own mold engineers, can make any molds if they are made in zinc alloy or plastic. The mold generally will take around 25-30 days, we have made several hundreds of molds for customers now. 

Q5: What information need to give you to make the mold? 

A: Physical sample or 3D design

Q6: Can get free samples? How long can it be sent?

A: Yes, can send free samples for ALL of our products .We will send the samples out within 24 hours.
